Pursuant to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, the user has the right to obtain any information on the processing of his/her data, methods and purposes, the logic applied to it in any moment by the Data Processor, as well as to obtain:
- confirmation of the existence of personal data, their disclosure and the communication of their origin
- ID details of the Data Controller and Data Processors, as well as persons or categories of persons to whom data may be communicated or who can learn about them as Data Processors or agents the update, correction or, integration of data
- the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully
- proof that the operations listed in points 3) and 4) have been notified to the ones whom data were communicated or disclosed to, except the case where such fulfilment proves impossible or entails using means which are manifestly out of all proportions to the safeguarded right
- the fact that Data subjects shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection.
